Pavement that people notice for the right reasons.

StreetBond is a pavement coating system built for asphalt and concrete that carries traffic. It turns a gray lot, a plain crosswalk or a tired entrance into something that looks designed, and it helps protect the surface underneath.

As a StreetBond Master Applicator, we are trained and certified on the system, including stamped asphalt patterns. You get a written scope with the product, colors and layout named, an itemized investment before work starts, and every phase photographed.

Where it goes

  • Plazas, entrances and drop-off drives
  • Decorative and high-visibility crosswalks
  • Schoolyards, playgrounds and courts
  • Parking lots, stall layout and ADA areas
  • Bike lanes, bus lanes and walkways
  • Residential driveways and patios

What the system offers

  • Durable, UV-resistant color on asphalt or concrete
  • Stamped brick and stone patterns in asphalt
  • Solar-reflective options to keep pavement cooler
  • Slip-resistant systems for foot and wheel traffic
  • Standard and custom colors
  • A design rendering before anything is applied

Certified on the system

A StreetBond Master Applicator in central Illinois.

StreetBond trains and certifies the contractors who install it. Master Applicator is the top tier and the level StreetBond requires for stamped asphalt patterns. Owners, schools, property managers and municipalities within about 100 miles of Danville get the system installed the way the manufacturer specifies.

What StreetBond makes possible.

StreetBond installations from around the world. These are manufacturer project photos shown to illustrate the system; our own StreetBond projects will be added here as they are completed.

Cooler, safer, better looking.

Cooler pavement
StreetBond offers solar-reflective formulas with Invisible Shade technology that reflect the sun and help keep pavement temperatures down on plazas, courts and lots.
Safer crossings
Color calls out crosswalks, bike lanes and bus lanes so drivers see them sooner, and slip-resistant systems hold up underfoot.
Done to the manufacturer spec
Surface prep, primer, coats and cure follow StreetBond procedures. Eligible projects can carry a manufacturer limited warranty, confirmed in writing before work starts.

Questions

What is StreetBond?

StreetBond is a pavement coating system from GAF for asphalt and concrete. It adds color, patterns and, in some formulas, solar reflectance to surfaces that carry foot and vehicle traffic.

What does Master Applicator mean?

StreetBond certifies applicators on its products. Master Applicator is its top tier and the level required for stamped asphalt patterns. Applicators are independent contractors; GAF does not employ or supervise them.

How long does it last?

It depends on the product, traffic and how the surface was prepared. We match the StreetBond product to your traffic level and tell you in writing what to expect and how to maintain it.

Can it go over my existing asphalt?

Usually, if the asphalt is sound. Cracks and failed areas get repaired first, so the coating bonds to a surface that will hold it. We assess the pavement before we write the scope.

Do you do residential driveways?

Yes. Driveways and patios can be colored or stamped with a brick or stone pattern. Commercial plazas, crosswalks, schoolyards and parking lots are the bulk of our StreetBond work.

Do you work on public projects?

Yes. Public work in Illinois carries prevailing wage and bidding requirements, and we will tell you plainly how they apply to your project.

Tell us about the pavement.

Address, approximate size and what you want it to look like. A rendering and written investment follow; larger sites take longer, and we give you the date up front.
